Recreational drug use as well? Well, no coffee, tea and alcohol drinkers allowed lol

Edit: a word

The key difference is magnitude.

Coffee is without a doubt less harmful, with caffeine being completely harmless in appropriate doses.

Alcohol is usually used at a lower frequency. If someone was a raging alcoholic with the smell of spirits on their breath and was vomiting on everyone, you can be sure I'm going to classify them as degenerates.

Nicotine by itself is as harmful as cigarettes are.

Just because its not harmful doesn't mean its not a drug.

Wat. I'm sorry but you're just wrong. If you think this you must think caffeine is deadly dangerous too.

Both are alkaloids and derived from plants and natural anti-herbivore chemicals. Both readily cross the blood brain barrier that separates the blood stream from the interior of the brain. Both caffeine and nicotine are stimulants. Both increase alertness and concentration and are addictive.

The risk is mainly associated with the method of delivery.

What on earth are you on about? My whole point is that tea, coffee and alcohol are also, technically, drugs.

Actually tea, coffee and alcohol are technically beverages, which happen to contain drugs. Caffeine and ethanol are technically drugs.

And marijuana and tobacco are technically plants that "contain drugs"

[–]Ovadox -3 ポイント-2 ポイント  (0子コメント)

No. Combusting plant material actually produces a ton of carcinogens and toxins. Any pot smokers who say it isn't as bad as tobacco should remember this. Cigarettes also have some other gross chemicals added.
