I'm not LOVING it but I don't mind it. I think it's totally relevent, especially considering it's the other aspect of being tall. Weight being another significant difference between tall people and average/short people. There's definitely alot of us who are tall and skinny, me included. I'm also one of the ones who have been wanting to gain more so it's somewhat inspiring to see people who are like me gaining the way that I want to. I'm not putting myself or any other tall people up on a pedastal but we definitely gain weight and work out differently than other people. There's certain excersises and work outs that are better and worse for us so talking about gains specifically for tall people is perfectly relevant as it's EXACTLY the kind of people you'd want to talk to. It's not just about "gains" in general, it's specific to tall people. /r/gainit is full of average sized people making gains because it's full of averages. /r/tallpeoplegains would be small as shit because only a small fraction of people would be truly invested enough to REALLY care in the same way that very few people would give a shit if /r/tallpeoplenexttoshowerheads was a subreddit or /r/tallpeoplestandingnexttoshortpeople which is why they're ALL peppered together. The same way that tall people gaining is peppered into regular /r/gainit.

Also I find it strange that /u/takeorgive submitted a post to /r/tall with a tall guy walking down stairs instead of just posting it to /r/walking. Because after all, that's all the guy is doing is walking, him being tall shouldn't be taken into consideration. Plus you would think /u/takeorgive would be semi for pics of people posting progress pics and getting healthy considering he also posts to /r/Fitness.

Dude, relax. I made this thread for a reason: to discuss. If you want to get all detective up in here you're making it to personal for my taste.

I think this is strange...

I went to see if you posted anything contradictory and you did, it took literally 5 seconds. It's not like I typed in your name to some fancy register search paid 50 bucks to get info, I literally moved my mouse over to your name and clicked... that's all. Don't get all up in arms about "personal" like put alot of effort into finding out what you posted. I wasn't digging up dirt so I could come and throw a water balloon at you at work. Literally any person not on reddit, and not even on reddit, literally any person with access to the internet can find out what you posted just by clicking on your name on here. If you feel that I was finding out too personal information, then don't post it? How the fuck is that my fault that you got butt hurt that YOU posted shit that you don't want everyone to know. I'm not wiretapping you phone or anything, YOU posted it. I think it's strange to tell people what they can or can't post instead of just upvoting and downvote. If you want to do that and make a big deal out of things by making a post telling people they shouldn't post here, I can make a big deal out of it too.
