Are you aware that you have scoliosis?

I'm sorry to be so rude, but I just think that it would be in your best interest to check it out if you haven't already! Congrats on the gains!

I actually was standing funny I guess. Someone else pointed that out before, I took more pics just standing normal and my back was straight.

Either way I'm not too worried since there's really nothing that can be done about it, and I lift pretty heavy on a daily basis for the past few years, which has definitely strengthened my back. Never had any problems with it.

But the s-shape is pretty evident in both pictures, so even if you are able to straighten it up if you actively try to, I'd wager that you are at least to some degree scoliotic.

I'm not your doctor, I just want you to be aware of it. If possible, I'd get it looked at by a professional, just to make sure that you're doing what you can to prevent it becoming a problem later in life.

Back pain sucks, and even more so at your height!

I meant when I stood normally it was straight. Flexing I just kinda tighten up in weird areas and end up being skewed a bit.

I've been training Crossfit, Powerlifting and Weightlifting for years, and it's only made my back much stronger then it was before, so I'm not too worried.
