Without taking his height into consideration the gains are not that special.

Taking height into consideration makes me wonder how to fuck he has time to eat enough to get those gains.

Dude, he's friggin ripped for 6'10. Only weighs 230lbs, but then again he's not competing in Worlds Strongest Man or Powerlifting, is he?

And you'll be mad but he probably could have achieved the same results by just cutting and eating a strict diet with some HIIT thrown in. If he was 30lbs lighter he'd look like a skeleton.

Real bulking is eating an entire chicken at lunch and dinner. I used to eat 6,000+ calories a day when I was in powerlifting, and weighed 330lbs.

Yeah but "real bulking" leaves you looking like some kind of retarded "leave humanity behind" mutant.

At 6'1" I've never been able to get my weight above 165 pounds. I'd have to quit all exercise to push further.

At some point, you reach a level that is only known as fat-strong. You're fat (~20% bodyfat, not really fat, but still fat) but incredibly strong because of it, and if you've built enough muscle the fat will actually make you look swole-er.

If anything, being incredibly muscular and lean is the inhuman physique.

Add more calories into your diet. Cook with butter. Eat scoops of PB. Use whole milk and heavy cream. Snack on large avocados.

It's hard to eat enough calories, especially if you're fond of leafy greens and the like, or if you just can't force that much food down your gullet. I found it easier to use calorie-dense foods in my cooking, versus just eating more.
