With no offense to French people, but this only seems to happen when they are host. I've learned from 20ish hours online to just not play with the french, this applies to other games too. Very toxic and very poor in skill.

I only play with Americans (by coincidence, not by avoiding other nationalities) and I have similar issues with them. Hell I almost quit ffxiv after my first dungeon because it was a very WoW "stupid noob!" Experience, even though I had stated I was new, geared properly, and ran well. I was ridiculed for choosing GLA as my first class, and told I should just quit. A year later I'm glad I didn't but it was my first taste of the community.

Also way more likely to speak English properly than the French. And even if they don't, at least they're way less arrogant. Pretty much all the Germans I've met online have been very nice and willing to help, and, in turn, I've tried to do the same.

That's because you just look for people reinforcing your opinion. Speaking a certain language or being from a certain country does not define how good or bad you are at video games.

I have never met a french person... I constantly meant Spanish speakers online in MH though. They're nice enough people even though I can't really speak to them ._.

Oh, Spanish people aren't really friendly, believe me. It's probably because the only people that play MH are the ones who didn't throw their 3DS to the wall, so they have patience and are friendly I guess.

Not sure about Spanish, never met a Spaniard, I'd give them the benefit of the doubt though. I've never met a Latino/Latina person that I had a problem with though .-. I can read Spanish, just not speak it articulately so there's most arguments solved xD

It's a mixed community, there are always great people, but also assholes, I don't really have a lot of good experiences with Spanish people online, I'm Spanish myself tho, and I play League, so that might be it :P

League + Cocky Spanish kids is the worst combination ever. (Especially when they can talk to you in Spanish)

Spanish guy here! I always try to be friendly when playing online :< The other day I meat a CB user with the exact same armor set as me. We started dancing before going to a mission. We had fun, and then connection problems aaaaand it was over :'(
