A game developer speaking at GDC (Game Developers Conference) recently made a joke. This is that joke.

God dammnit why? I used to look up to Schafer, he's still a pioneer to the industry and was influential in its growth, that will never change. But he's become a sick joke, a sad parody of himself.

I'm not even mad at him, I'm fucking crying. I'm crying because I used to look up to him. He was a role model for me when I had my own aspirations of entering the industry. He's fallen so far since then. This is why we need to keep this twisted fucking ideology out of the industry, this is what happens.
