It’s basically internalized queerphobia. 
They’re saying they don’t like people who are visibly queer. 
I’ve heard boys say they like boys who look and act “normal” because they believe straight is normal. 

It’s just a really disgusting philosophy and queer boys who only like straight passing boys need to know that they’re really disgusting.
