Can I ask you guys some honest questions? Are you really any different from your armie persona at this point? How long have you been staring into the abyss? What else do you do online? Where else do you go to be a good person? Do you spend any time what so ever making positive comments anywhere? When was the last time you actually stood up to support the opposite of what you parody online in real life? You're a walking Poe's Law at this point. No one likes you. No one wants you. You seem to to think you bring some sort of avant-garde elite quality comedy to the table, and the plebeian hordes simply don't understand your particular panache for the extreme ruse. That you are better than those racist or low-intellect comments, and that your presence is necessary to maintain a quality standard. In truth, you are not better, you are worse. Infinitely worse. You are people who threw away your intelligence to act fools, and in so doing no one cares to differentiate you from the idiots you pretend not to be. I don't care if you don't change, I just want you to be a little more aware and perhaps try to foil your irony with the actual representation of what you would like to see. I mean look at Berta Lovejoy. She produces full on videos at this point, but at no instance is she ever making anyone aware she is a parody. Whatever he or she was before, they are now Berta. They ARE that radical feminist caricature they hated, infinitely worse than any person who was perceived as that caricature. WHATEVER Berta thinks about his real identity, online, he's Berta through and through, so you can only assume it bleeds down into his actual human character. I actually upvoted this human testament to the failure of the educational system in hopes that his comment and my response might not only correct his wholly inaccurate understanding of realtive cost but that it might also help the hundreds of even stupider people who upvoted his guileless display of ignorance. My hope is that people actually learn something. Despite all my apparent anger, I am still enough of an optimist to think that trying to help people learn to think will contribute in some nearly insignificant way to the greater good.

alright I'll bite. I am a gilded level 8 atheist member of the reddit armie because it's funny. There's no agenda to it, or means to an end, it's just funny as shit.

Sometimes I think the neckbeard redditor stereotype is becoming redundant as this site becomes more self aware, but then a trip to a default subreddit or Imgur comments reaffirms the purpose of the Armie's existence. The satirical element is still pretty much on point.

I guess you'd rather see racist 12 year olds in the youtube comments, which is fine, but I think the stigma created by the Reddit Armie is actually a good thing. Gone are the days when people go on the internet and say shit like 'I chuckled, good sir. Many internets for you' or 'I'm blazed on this kush right now but this was a fine meme' without a hint of irony. You should at least be thankful for that

4chan has de facto censorship. Their tacit social restrictions on discussion are almost oppressive. You post with a tripcode you are ostracized.
