In the books Firestar is referred to as male!!! Wow, what a concept!!! Not all characters are trans!!! This is such a discovery!!! Who are you to assume Firestar would care what I think of him, anyway. You’re not Firestar, he is a fictional character for god’s sake.

He never does state he’s cisgender, but he never corrects anyone’s pronouns either. So, through the logical thought process, he is a he and he is fine with that.

I’m denying it because ever since I started the series I’ve referred to Firestar as my son, and the fact that people think he’s trans feels wrong to me. And apparently since I have an opinion that isn’t liked well here, I’m the one who’s wrong.

In reality, I really don’t care what other people think until they challenge me on it. *shrug*

And yes, he could be, but do I think so? Not at all. I’m happy with my Firestar being a cis male who is mated with Sandstorm but has a secret little crush on Brambleclaw(oops I think that’s unpopular too), but is happy that Squirrelflight and he are mates.

You can have your version of Firestar, sure, go crazy, have fun, but as soon as people attack me for my opinions I, again, get mad.
