I don't get it. If this is an all-girls college and they only hire female staff than it's perfectly understandable. If they accept that a trans person is not of their biological gender than sacking him seems logical.

I am not saying that if the opposite happened and a trans-woman was sacked for the same reason from an all-boys institution there wouldn't be an uproar from SJWs, but either you are a trans-male and want to be treated like a man or you aren't.

My guess is the trans-SJW felt he/she could have it both ways. He/she should just be thankful that he/she isn't getting kicked out now, due to the new sex assignment.

Eh I wouldn't judge him so harshly. If he felt he needed to transition, I am all for him doing so, but that doesn't mean that there won't be consequences for it.

I don't understand you, the trans-guy is just a person who wants to be a different gender. Why do you find joy in his predicament? Trans-people aren't the opponent.

The trans person wanted to be a "diversity officer'. A "diversity officer" is a SJW with authority, by far the worst kind.
