From the sidebar:

To be more clear: ONLY POST IF A WOMAN ATTEMPTS TO USE HER GENDER TO GAIN ADVANTAGE/AVOID REPERCUSSION, AND IS DENIED THAT ADVANTAGE.

No justice was served either. Maybe /r/yougottold at best.

The sub's creator himself posts non-PPD related shit all the time. It's pathetic lip-service in the sidebar.

I'm assuming that you don't know much about body language and ways of expression just because of how ignorant your original comment actually was. Consider rewatching the video. Have you ever seen or heard a male acting like that when confronted? That's a rhetorical question, we all know the answer.

What, you mean gaslighting?

[–]redditorJingle [非表示スコア]  (1子コメント)

Of course not. Being confronted with facts isn't Gaslighting.

But judging from the upvote scores here, this sub doesn't seem to take kindly to facts. Perhaps facts are too oppressive or misogynistic. Maybe confronting a female belongs to /r/beatingwomen or /r/emotionalrape.

But I wasn't saying confronting her with facts is gaslighting; I was responding to your 'rhetorical' question with the fact that what she did on that interview was essentially gaslight the real concerns of the host by trying to deflect the conversation to other facets of gawker business. Call it PR, spin, whatever, but it's arguing other facts to present an alternate interpretation to the matter at hand.

In that light, yes there are many examples of both men and women acting in this manner to get their point across/'win' in a debate.
