Also, what's the most cost-efficient or effective way to level up units? The combine rate is dependent on the raised unit level (or at least I think it is), so I suppose it's better to raise it less but with more powerful units.
I know I'm not supposed to use silvers, but should I just dump low level fodder and spend gazillion gold or perhaps level up fodder with fodder and then use it? If you know what I mean.
Lastly, the tutorial mentioned decreasing unit point cost - how do I do it?

Return to Ruins: goblin rush, flyer push, ranged push, red flyer mix, fatty mob. You need to rotate your units to meet each phase optimally. I like starting with 2 lancers + Katie, then getting out 3 archers (Soma and min-cost Bronze dudes). As soon as the flyers are down, consider withdrawing the archers and lancers. You now need to get out healers, witches and mages. Once they are in place, swap out Katie for armour.

Men gifts are from Wednesday dailies that are men only maps. Return to Ruins farming will be useful as the extra Lv 14 iron mages goes far.

Don't ever eat silvers for EXP, you need to eat them for class changes. What's the point in levelling up if you can't class change afterwards?

That's only because there are no Female Mages yet. The best all-purpose Mage is Mehlis (Gold Oppai Loli-face Mage). The highest DPS Mages are also female.

Yup, general rule of thumb is +5 XP per level for Fusion. +20 per level if it's a CCed unit. Feed the fodder as you get them; if they're low level just sell them for gold instead.

You reduce cost by fusing the same unit to itself.

There's two reasons. You don't know "I'm going to spend exactly 56,519 Gold this week on Fusions, so I can use all of the rest on spamming 2k Gacha". If you waste all of your Gold for the week, then end up running out of Fusion Gold you're retarded.
