Remember the story of Claude Eatherly, who dropped the bomb on Hiroshima? He committed suicide because of his guilt. We shouldn't be gleefully celebrating asking our own soldiers to take lives, even if it is necessary.

Edit: For the record I'm not making an anti-war statement by any means. I'm just saying we should treat war with some reverence (for lack of a better word). War is no light issue, even for a just cause.
