All right, I’m gonna do some of my own analyzing of the hand scene just to set some things straight in my own brain. But, in order for this to have any merit, go read this post by supernaturalcanada​ to explain the angle of the arms before we look at the hands. 

First, I want to mention that the hand beneath Rick’s left hand does not look anything like Andy’s hand. 

For example, the pinky is WAY too short. 

See how that pinky only comes around halfway up to his ring finger? 

Look at Andy’s hands: 

His pinkies are nearly as long as his ring fingers, which means that stubby little pinky could not possibly belong to him. 

Norman, however, has tiny pinkies: 

See? Little stubby pinkies just like the one of the hand beneath Rick’s. 

The wrist of the hand beneath Rick’s is also very thick. That’s another reason it can’t be Andy’s hand, because his hands are very elongated; they taper into his wrists, which are also very dainty. Norman’s wrists, however, are very thick and the width of his palm is only a little bigger, which we see in the shadows of the hand beneath Rick’s. 

Also, going along with the wrist idea, the bone of Andy’s wrist on the pinky-side is very delicate and prominent. It juts out, like you see here: 

Since Norman’s wrists are thicker and his forearms have more muscle, the bone isn’t nearly as prominent: 

And that matches the smooth transition from hand to wrist in the hand beneath Rick’s seen here: 

So, even if the arms are at a shitty angle and we can’t tell whose hand it is for sure, it’s pretty damn obvious that the hands don’t match and the one beneath Rick’s left hand does not belong to Andy.
