株式会社ノヴァについては、外国人講師を含めた労働者からの雇用保険手続や賃金の支払いに関する相談等が増加しており、労働基準監督署及び公共職業安定所等においてその対応を行っているところであるが、外国人講師の中には日本語に精通しておらず、よりきめ細かな対応を必要とする場合が認められることから、神奈川労働局では、下記のとおり、外国人講師等向けの特別相談窓口の開設をしたところである。
