I do agree with you. And I am wrong in some regards. I suspect the person making the joke is the kind of person that hears someone say "halibut" and then they laugh and go "lol you just said butt". There is different types of humor for different people and that's totally fine. But just about every time there is a jon barrowman thread, there is always something about how he's gay and it's just depressing to me.

And you do have to admit, saying "fucking disemboweled" is no where near being a gay joke. It's too big of a leap, and it IS demeaning to gay people to use anal prolapse only happening to gays as a stereotype weather you realize it or not. It can happen to women also, and anyone lifting very heavy weight, or trying to take a dump too hard.

Also a joke doesn't necessarily have to have malicious intent to be malicious. That's why I first asked a question of what being gay has to do with Malcom on screen so the guy could think for himself and answer so he might realize the effect his words have, which he didn't do. I even tried to compare what he's said to a ridiculous comment you could make about another well known gay actor, Kevin Spacey. Instead he took offense and called me a white knight and a troll (lol?). Had I assumed he was doing it to be malicious I would've told him he's being a jerk and very offensive with that kind of comment.
