CIA & NSA ignoring the 4th Amendment gives citizens permission to murder them in cold blood.

What if I value both privacy and human life?

Lol areyouafraid isn't afraid of the list, or non-constitutionally protected speech apparently. Also, please don't feed the trolls.

That is not funny. You have no right to kill anyone based on anything in this sub.

Edit: I think I am done with /r/privacy. I don't want to be a part of a sub that advocates murder.

who said i was joking?

While I'm not a gun-nut or even someone who advocates violence without my tongue firmly planted in my cheek, shit like this is the exact reason the 2nd Amendment was made - so that the people could take arms against the government if it grew tyrannical. The CIA and the NSA don't ever think the law applies to them and they flaunt that fact.

Sometimes when the fat separates and rises to the top, you have to skim a little off

So who do you want to murder. Just anyone in the government? Anyone in the DoD? Anyone in the IC? Anyone at the CIA or NSA? Leadership of those orgs? The cleaning staff? How large is your bloodlust?

Then who are you going to attack. The military? The police? This guy is calling for "cold blooded murder". There is no war going on, no revolution. There are no people "fighting" against you in a physical sense.

He is calling for murder. So who does he want to kill. No matter what the answer it is going to be immoral and possibly an indicator of mental instability.

Call for hearing, calling for trails, call for prison, call for reform, call for protests. All those are fine. When you say you just want to go start killing people, well then you are not helping anything.

I agree with you. No one has the right to murder anyone (not even the state), just like Hayden doesn't have the right to reinterpret the Constitution at his leisure. I want the surveillance/torture bosses to be held responsible as much as anyone else, but murder and execution, as many people have called for, are out of the question.
