They love identity politics and feeling like victims. It's a pretty big problem with the left these days. I honestly wish I knew why.

Identity politics and professional victomhood are the more basic core leftist principle. They are what the left has been about since forever.

[–]ToasterWithAGunMan, fuck everything 3

If you're horribly ignorant or stupid, then yes that is true.

No, its just true. The left has always been about identity politics and professional victimhood. Those are the two reasons behind everything leftist.

Really? That's why they chopped off Louis XVI's head?

Seems implausible.

That would be the professional victimhood. Which is a very economical way, as we're seeing today, to take over the state.

Seriously what the fuck are you talking about?

They're obviously talking about that commie bastard Obama who wants to turn the Good Ole' USATM into a communist dictatorship.

What would you call a government, an economy, in which all of the productive goods and land were owned by the government, and had universal suffrage and compulsory voting. Citizens elected each others to jobs. The under advantaged got a stipend, and still people could give and help each other. What might you call that government, that economy?

I'd call it still better than your ancap pipe dream.

Well? Wouldn't you maybe, I don't know, call the government I described socialist? Maybe that kind of government, a socialist one, is one Obama would prefer?

Professional victimhood is a really cost effective way to take over the government. As proven over and over.

You just said the same thing, but differently worded, three times.

I repeat the same argument when questioned without argument. If they won't make an argument, I don't see why I need to make a new one.

Identity politics are not at all a core of leftist politics.

Of course they are. To the leftist, truth isn't what's important, but who's saying it.

I've argued with you before. You're just as fucking stupid as I remember.

Sure, and you were probably just as wrong and condescending then, too. "Marxist-Leninist" is a pretty easy give away.

Autarch

That stands for autarky right? You realize that countries like Cuba and the DPRK are the best examples of autarky in the world right?

Oh no, the two ideas are unrelated. Autarchism is the idea we are all our own sovereign, each of us our own state. Autarky, on the other hand, is a national concern, most famously used by Hitler as an excuse for WW2. Weird side note, Nazi Germany was probably the poorest country in WW2. Ok, maybe Italy was poorer.

Okay?

Would you like to discuss it further? What is the point of this reply?
