You're not a fucking doctor. If you were a doctor, you'd know that eardrum perforation can cause conductive hearing loss since the eardrum is the first step in sound perception, because the eardrum's vibration stimulates the inner ear bones. Not all eardrum perforations can be fully healed without medical intervention and no intervention is 100%, either. Shove off, charlatan.
