Why does /u/Batty-Koda get to keep harassing people there?

Do people get bonus free speech if they are a moderator? I was told by cojoco that Batty gets "free reign" on /r/undelete. I get the fucking boot when that predictably leads to him abusing the community.

Just another example of a moderator making a bad decision, this time giving a fellow moderator free reign to terrorize, and being forced to take punitive actions on others when the wisdom of their behavior is questioned.
