Born in Sarasota FL. March 26th 1993, I grew up as a multisport starting athlete. I began playing baseball, soccer, football, and eventually wrestling. I had always been a big kid, I was six foot by 8th grade and 189 pounds; athletic but definitely over weight. My freshmen year of high school I started experimenting with diets and by my sophomore year had lost 45 pounds and dropped my body fat from 23% to 7%. I then had a new problem I had lost much of my muscle mass in the process. I also endured a hernia from wrestling, I thought my athletic career was over. Working through that injury taught me to never take your health for granted. I soon found a love for the gym, not only that but a passion for the fitness life style. After endless hours of research and a year or two of trial and error I developed a solid nutrition and exercise program. Now I’m 185 pounds and maintain around 6-8% body fat year round. I began my personal training career working with friends and acquaintances my senior year of high school, after constantly being asked for training tips  I trained athletes from various sports teams at my school, and friends who were just looking to loose a few pounds. I then pursued my PT certification from ISSA. While attending college I began working at the headquarters for Golds gym in Tallahassee as a personal trainer using my acquired credentials, Instructing group fitness classes, and working with individuals one on one. I found it very rewarding to work with people, helping them improve not only their bodies but their lives in general. Seeing the new self confidence and improved self worth that comes along with a healthy life style infecting the people your training, you can literally see them becoming proud of them selfs and the progress they have made.

The feeling I get from helping some one set a goal and not only reach it, but surpass it, and any expectation they had, shattering any self doubt and giving them a new out look on life, showing them that hey maybe you have been under estimating your self, but now you know what your capable of. You can do any thing, climb any summit. It might not be easy, you might have to work for it, sweat for it, and fight for it, but you can get there, and standing atop that mountain, the view is incredible, every thing seems just a little bit easier, and life begins to open up.

I’m a firm believer that if you envision something, no matter what it is you can make it a reality. Nothing and no one can stand in your way, if you are willing to put in the work, you can achieve anything you decide you are going to do. but you have to truly believe in it, no matter what any one says, no matter what goes down. keep your head in the game and keep pushing forward.
