Playing through AC Unity and reading the Database because I love the historical fucking love of that series, and the database is full of modern-day stuff and whatnot when I get to the entry for Le Chevalier d'Eon:

I do think we should raise awareness of this and push the Jack Thompson comparisons as well. I'm not sure how the aussie sjws who pushed for this would take to being compared to Jack Thompson. I know the ones here hate it. In short, force them to condemn the banning of the game, thus causing them to turn on each other or back-peddle or cause them to support the action adding further proof for the Jack Thompson comparison. The censorship and free speech are concepts, the first amendment is a constitutional law that limits the government from censoring free speech.

Anyone can censor, only it is illegal for the government to do it, to protect its citizens, since they are the monopoly of force in a society.

We can still call out censorship on moral grounds, even if it isn't illegal.
