As a locator, I didn't have to locate house services because it was cheaper to send someone out to fix the ones that are hit instead of sending me to locate every service.

You're part of a safety provider. People like myself, who randomly dig in their yard for various reasons, TRUST people like you.

So - what you're ultimately saying is that people like me, who trust you, dig, ARE ABSOLUTELY SCREWED. If we find something bad, we deal. If we find something that could shut down an entire block (ie: Gas) or KILL SOMEONE (ie: Gas or Electricity), we could possibly die and/or SUE YOUR ASS....

That's what I'm hearing right?

First of all, I said that I had no authority (as in none at all). Somehow in your brain that translated to me being in management.

Second of all, I worked for a fucking cable company. You aren't going to die if you put a shovel through a house service. It was up to another company to locate gas and power.

So you mentioned that management didn't let you do your job about locating services, but now you want to back peddle and say that you don't have anything to do with it?

And now you realize why you're stuck in a dead-end job, regardless of whether you're "locating" or not...

Note: I would suggest that you at least try to:

1) Not brag about stupid stuff that you "supposedly" have nothing to do with. 2) Do something to improve your situation in life, as you don't seem to "get it".
