Galldin Robertson is a feminist legal practice operating in Ottawa, Ontario. We practice law from an anti-racist, anti-classist, anti-ableist perspective and our legal services are intended to provide you with agency. We use the law to help you obtain appropriate recourse for legal wrongs. We want you to understand your file, and for you to make informed choices about how to proceed. We intend for your voice – informed by your own life’s experiences – to be heard, whether it be by judges, other decision-makers, or opposing counsel.
We work in the areas of human rights, civil litigation, family law, and employment and labour law, and our services are meant to be accessible to individuals of varying income levels. We are aware that women and trans people can experience oppression on different and intersecting levels. Our aim is to create social change on systemic issues and to otherwise provide individuals with respectful, effective, and empowered representation.
