Honestly I'd be very surprised at someone who doesn't check out the top posts of all time on a subreddit, especially one that is of gifs and other interesting type content.

It is pointless to argue over what the culture of a sub is or should be given its little to no formal rules and few moderators that are relatively inactive, given that Reddiquette takes a middle of the road approach to re-posts: It encourages people to search for previous posts but discourages complaints about re-posts.

Really? Where does it say that? All I see is literally no rules at all. Culture? In a sub with so much content like this one, there barely is any culture at all. And I admit, I even searched for the link on reddit as I thought someone must have submitted it here, but no, no one had. Different year, a different link, yes, but as you can see, lots of people like this post nevertheless.
