As I told a FB friend who should know better (and generally does when Palin isn't involved), if the dog had a problem with it, the dog would've moved. Loved and loving dogs love children. It doesn't mean that they'll let kids step all over them if it hurts them.

But Libs are still allowing Palin to live rent-free in their heads.

That's a pretty good rule no matter the size of the dog, or the kid.

Spinal injuries to dogs isn't cute. Little kids aren't the most coordinated and careful people. It's very easy for a kid to really hurt the dog like that.

It looks like Ellen was given plenty of scolding as well, and her kid is a toddler and weighs much less.

Dogs like to dogpile, they step all over each other, but she should teach her kid this isn't appropriate. It is probable he may get bit as the kid gets older/ heavier.

I don't like how the article described DeGeneres as a lesbian talk show host. We're conservatives, we don't cheapen someone's success by making irrelevant demographic details of their personal life into slurs.

I'm going to have to STRONGLY disagree. Her show is utterly brilliant at capturing and entertaining her main demographic. She may be the Steve Jobs of Daytime TV behind-the-scenes, but she puts on a helluva product and deservedly makes millions for it.

Ellen self identifies as that.

Indeed, perhaps her only claim to fame.

She slays a market segment, don't equate her to a Kardashian. Respect that shit, regardless of how you feel about her personally. I've got no skin in this game other than I like seeing and respecting successful people being successful.

It's part of how I identify as conservative.
