Why can't the quickiebomb launcher destroy stickiesBug (self.tf2)

I mean come on, it's one of the stats of the weapons and it doesn't even work ;_;

Also stickies get fizzled after ONE second instead of two, which is very annoying. Other than that this weapon is quite fun to snipe people

I have seen the Quickiebomb kill fresh stickies but if they sit for a bit then it doesn't.
