New York Times: “Let the Fires Burn Until Every City is on its Knees”

They want peace. No really. And the New York Times is just a dispassionate observer looking for reform and change. Not mass murder.

But Nicholas Kristof had one of his “Take the Mask Off Moments” when the radical left shows how ugly and unhinged it really is despite its facade of dinner parties and book clubs and that its media outlets promote violence.

And so he invited readers to send in poems about the usual stuff. Bunnies. Flowers. Killing all white people and burning America to the ground. And the emphasis was not on the bunnies and flowers.

Here’s a deranged screech of hate/incitement to violence that the leftist paper of record saw fit to run.

Angel Butts, a white woman married to a black man and the mother of “two beautiful brown babies,” said she hadn’t written a poem in 20 years.

Here’s what Angel Butts and Kristof had to offer.

And so, as Ferguson burns, I hear the voice inside me chant, “Burn on…”
Let the fires burn until every city, every town is on its knees.

Great plan. Why doesn’t Butts start with her house? Or the New York Times HQ. But of course it’s easy to cheer torching other people’s homes.

Kristof reminds us once again that the protests are as violent and bigoted as any Klan rally and that their supporters and cheerleaders are violent racists, thrilling to beating up convenience store workers and burning buildings.

That is what the left has always been. That is what it always is. That is why there is no living with the left. You can’t live with people whose idea of social justice is killing you and burning your house down.

Like so many of the violent leftists parading around with the #BlackLivesMatter gang, Angela Butts is a social sciences academic lecturing on Sociology at Rutgers and the College of State Island Is Rutgers aware of her support for violence and mass murder?

      The Butts Strategy is as moronic as her poem is demented doggerel. If all of the towns and cities were burned, blacks would be devastated. They live primarily in cities. Burning everything would necessarily include her hovel. It would also mean there would be few people going to college . She’d have no income. Few would be able to pay their taxes, so no government handouts and not enough money to rebuild. Blacks lose again.

      Maybe she needs to think about being the target of arsonists before she shoots her big, fat, mouth off.

      My favorite irony in arsonizing one’s own neighborhoods is that when developers sense a financial prospect in rebuilding, they are harassed by racial procurers demanding a racially proportional workforce on threat of being sabotaged, and the builders abandon the opportunity on the concern that it won’t pay off, so a burnt and blackened district remains useless and ruined for years and years. Haiti in America.

    I am not sorry but people that incite other to violence or give them editorial cover are not blameless.

    If my kids fall victim to people that they support & egg on, I have nothing to lose at that point.

    You do not need a firearm. That was never my first choice. It is my last choice really. Just look around at everyday items sitting around (no you do not have mix chemicals).

    These f_cking NYT editors and other drek go around and make people envious,, jealous and angry. They get people worked up and wanting to lash out at people perceived as having privilege.

    I have a spouse that has no interest in them, would not buy them and would dispose of them if I passed on. Interesting thing though. They are combat trained. They can be fierce and they do not look privileged. Mess with their kids and your time is up.

    My FIRST CHOICE in dealing with drek LEFTISTs is boycott, disengagement and Exodus. They can support themselves and defend themselves. They will have to sink or swim.

All those that work and pay taxes for lefty welfare programs will be homeless and life savings up in smoke. Businesses, and I am assuming only white ones and homes would be targeted for said burning.

    The same leftist Marxists who rooted for the Vietcong, and condemned the burning of bamboo villages, now wish to see the complete destruction of every American city. A conflagration from coast to coast. They never seem to explain how they themselves will come out of this unscathed. It is always the intellectuals, after serving their purpose in the “revolution” that then find themselves eaten by their own.

    Like all pseudo intellectuals, Mr. Nicholas Pissedoff and the comically named Angel Butts would eventually be done in by the very people they incited, something akin to the Chinese Cultural Revolution. Anyone for a Butt steak?

    Obviously, neither Ms. Butts nor Mr. Kristof has any recollection of the burning of the cities during the Civil Rights Movement.

    I suppose they’re too busy genuflecting at the monument to Martin Luther King, Jr., to remember that his non-violence was thoroughly repudiated during his own lifetime, and demonstrators (called “rioters” then) shouted, “Burn, Baby, Burn!” Notice that they’ve been more restrained during the ensuing half-century. Long enough for a couple of new generations to forget what happens when your burn your home down.

      I must have gone past or near Ferguson 80 times. I have probably stopped for gas once or twice at the gas stations that Democrat Voters burnt down.

      My point is that I am not immune to the consequences of the incitement by the a__f____ at the NYT.

      I have been to all the top 20 major cities for work or vacation. You are never very far from a few of them due to interstates. This is not academic.

      There was a famous trial, involving the McNamara brothers, who dynamited the Los Angeles Times building in downtown L.A., killing a bunch of people. It’s still remembered today, mostly because Clarence Darrow was the defense lawyer.

That’s been a common theme running through bourgeois and upper-crust leftism for at least the past century. It’s the revolution of the armchair revolutionists who never learned how to hold a gun much less how to shoot.

      They think, if the rebellion comes, they’ll escape unscathed and will be among the leaders instead of the more likely outcome that they’ll be the street-sweeper intellectuals and the labor camp inmates.

      They should read more about how the Bolsheviks and people like Mao, Hitler, and Stalin came to power.

          When you mention their unique attitude toward racial issues, it reminds me of the series of Clinton-era government appointees who ran afoul of tax issues because they hired illegal aliens to be their domestic servants.         Most black people are 11% white genetically. So if they have a white parent that you make them around 39% black. In a to country where people have been conditioned to throw their weight around by throwing the race card, her kids will not be black enough. They will not be authentic.

        George Zimmerman had a minority dad (Jewish) and a minority mother. When Democrats want score points against WASP, then Jews are minorities. When a Jew and a black person have a conflict all the sudden Jews are as white as WASPs.

        Notice that George Zimmerman was that new species, White-Hispanic.

        This is no accident. Columbians, Mexicans and Cubans are Hispanics. They are Hispanics until they sell drugs to blacks or Hispanics. Then according to that dastardly person, Spike Lee, they are white. Columbians, Mexicans and Cubans
        are WASPS! Who would have thunk it?

    Talk to ten random white people on the street and ask them if they are favorably impressed with the tenor and purpose of the latest protest marches or riots against the police. The overwhelmingly majority are disgusted.

    The activist Left doesn’t care about the image they are projecting, while the black activists are only interested in developing a story line that will provide them with more publicity and the potential to blackmail businesses.

    The regular Democrat party seems to be helpless to stop this stuff and they will rue the day in the next election as well.

    You still can’t win a national election without the support of the white majority of the country.
