The movement is about racisim and police brutality, not about violence among an ethnic group. The existence of the latter does not invalidate the former problems. As such, this is irrelevant.

I couldn't understand, I don't speak Marxism.

Violence in the disproportionately poor is a simple issue and is a racist sentiment to hold that it should be solved INSTEAD of the institutional criminalization of black people.

Doesn't invalidate it, but if the heart of issue was of real concern (the lives of black folk), the latter would take obvious precedence.

Guess it's easier to protest something foreign, rather than holding up signs that say "STATISTICALLY, I WILL KILL YOU"

And I haven't read any statistics on this, but I bet there's been more cops who have saved black lives than black people have. Just sayin.

"The latter" IS taking precedence if you think about it. Hear me out on this one. Black people kill each other, yeah ok, most people think this is because they've been shown to live in poor neighborhoods. But how do you protest poverty? Idk, maybe show the world that black people are being discriminated against economically, and criminally. A lot of these stereotypes of black poverty keep black people from getting home loans and influence a scared policemen with guns.

These can all be backed up with facts, despite your pessimism. Let me know when you come up with another cause of crime that doesn't sound like "he's black, they're just more violent"

The movement is about the continued polarization of blacks against whites, playing on the intentional conflation of "cops" with "whites" with "racists" with "KKK" and "conservatives and Republicans".

As Democrats have run out of excuses for why inner city blacks live in poverty and hopelessness despite several consecutive generations of Democrat politicians representing them at every level of government, they must distract the black population from the reality of failed Democrat policies by emphasizing wedge issues, such as "racist cops" who use force when confronting non-compliant resisting black suspects (as if anything other than force is a legitimate option for arresting someone who doesn't follow police orders).

You're either mistaken about the nature of the situation, or naive about its actual purpose. Police forces could ban all whites from street policing, and everything would still be the same.

That's akin to saying that Nazism is really just about celebrating German culture. We know that's not the case.

The movement is about Blacks and Marxist Whites not understanding the concept of justice, it's really as simple as that.
