Its disgusting but I think if you try to involve the police your are going to end up looking crazy and foolish when they say they can't do anything, and it will be twisted into him being the victim of you.

The behavior, if it can be documented, will be persuasive for a judge in custody proceedings, however. I would get out of there ASAP as he sounds absolutely disgusting and OP sounds really victimized (and I wish her all the best in putting her life back together).
