I'm sure 100% of those women would be completely disgusted to witness open defecation, however pulling out a tit and feeding someone with it should be tolerated by us all. This is the power of mommy entitlement. It literally makes women insane.

I don't think it's so much like that, it's more that the insistence on public breast-feeding comes off as more "entitled mommy" shit to me, like "my motherhood and my baby will be seen by you and be part of your life no matter what you want."

I agree that some women treat it that way, but not all. Most try to be pretty covert about it, but not all babies like to eat under a cover. So its nursing baby vs. crying baby, I would prefer to see a kid latched on to a tit than one screaming bloody murder.

People are going to keep procreating. You don't have to do it, but if you go out in public you are going to see pregnant women and kids. Unless you are going for the antinatalism thing I think you may be SOL

In a way they are, they are body-products - and as long as it's not allowed to expose yourself in public (you get a citation for public nudity...or was it indecent exposure?...or both?), women who breast feed should not get a "get ouf of jail" card :( (punishment should be applied equally...using a nursing cover or looking for a corner or something is not that hard :(

Except in the US (and UK) it is legal to breastfeed in public without a cover, so your opinion of what should or should not be prosecuted is moot.

Edit: sweat is also a body-product that can be seen on exposed skin. By your logic we should cover ourselves from head to toe if we want to go for a run.

Men are allowed to go around topless without getting cited for public nudity, why is it such a big deal when women do? It's legal in a lot of states anyway, it's just that few women take advantage of that fact.

Also not all babies like to eat under a cover, and they have to eat often. It would be ludicrous to ask nursing mothers to only nurse at home or somewhere gross and cramped like a bathroom stall. Moms can't always duck into a dark corner, and they're going to have to be in public sometimes. Besides, nursing shouldn't be an offensive thing, it's just a baby eating for christ's sake.

I honestly wouldn't give a shit if it were happening at a five star restaurant I was eating at. The adults are eating, baby's gotta eat too if it happens to be its feeding time. It might as well eat at the table. Otherwise mom has to go outside or wherever for a good portion of the meal, and there should be no reason for her to except to appease uptight idiots who wet their panties/boxers just because they might catch a glimpse of a nipple. The only way you would is if you were flat out staring at her anyway.

1) they are both bodily functions that should be done in private. 2) they both require a level of nudity. 3) given 1 and 2, it's not surprising that a lot of people don't want to see it in public.

No, those are not my opinions, they are facts. lactation and defecation are, in fact, human bodily functions. It is also not my "opinion" that breast feeding and defecating require a degree of nudity, these are also facts. Here's another fact...breast feeding is not a necessary source of nutrition. Many women do not feed their children that way. If you want to breast feed your baby, then you should do it in private, so I don't have to look at it.

well I can, Im capable of carrying on with my day not starting at peoples breasts while they feed their child. Not something I want to do being child free but because you cant not look means they cant do it? honestly your the one with the problem then.

And my point was that if all you really have for an argument is your opinion that you think its "yukky" then you are going to have a hard time. These women's actions are supported by law, so your opinion is noted, but really what else are you hoping to accomplish?

As far as sweating, it appears on both nude/exposed skin and covered skin, does the sight of sweat offend you in the same manner?
