I think we all understand that it's only a segment of the community that's causing all the trouble, and that most of the residents are on the side of law and order.

I've heard that many of the troublemakers are from out of town anyway, just showing up because they want to cause trouble.

“I have no sympathy at all for destroying your own communities. But for the overwhelming majority of people who just feel frustrated and pain, because they get a sense that maybe some communities aren’t treated fairly or some individuals aren’t seen as worthy as others, I understand that. And I want to work with you, and I want to move forward with you. Your president will be right there with you.”

The President claims no sympathy for those destroying and rioting either. Many people (read as SJWs who learned the "truth" from Twitter posts) are trying to make this an "all or nothing" scenario. If you disapprove of people destroying the town then you must disapprove of people who are in legitimate mourning and peaceful protest just as if you claim that Brown was anything but an angel child who could do no wrong then you must be a racist who was ecstatic to hear that petty theft resulted in the end of a young black man's life.

i think what it is the SJW's are doing is trying to maintain the narrative more than anything else.

if people are talking about anything other than "the injustice" the SJW believes media channels are being misappropriated and their imperative is to "right this wrong" and steer the topic back to their cause.

basically it's my belief the SJW movement is nothing more than media manipulation. their tools are outrage and tears.

At the same time, the protestors claim the ones being violent are undercover police.

These are the stories that everyone needs to hear if Ferguson is to rebuild.

[–]Matchboxx 2 ポイント3 ポイント  (0子コメント)

This may sound evil, but I don't want them to rebuild. I want every person who had a part in destroying the community to see the results of their actions. If Ferguson rebuilds, then the looters and rioters will never see any type of consequence for their actions.

Maybe people are learning that "gun control" only hurts the weak and powerless.

Democrats in the South tried to limit firearms ownership to blacks so they couldn't defend themselves against whites.

...In what, 1910?

If some one is trying to loot your business is it okay to shoot them?

It used to be that civilians could use deadly force if they witnessed someone committing one of five felonies: murder, kidnapping, rape, theft and one other that escapes me. However, I think most states adopted the "Fleeing felon" rules which now say you can really only do that if they're a threat to YOU.

I'm sure someone here is also a little more versed with the gun laws to correct me on this if I'm wrong.

This obviously won't get picked up by MSM, further proof that they're the real racists, only showing blacks when they're acting like thugs and not showing upstanding black citizens, thereby perpetuating racial stereotypes.

So it's okay to mention they're black when they're doing something helpful but racist and taboo to mention that the rioters were black?

Anyway that photo is old, it's from the first ferguson riots 3 months ago and that's not a gas station it's the beauty store which was burned to the ground last week.
