Rules

1. Scores will be aggregated to per teams
2. Depending on the answering situation of the challenge, we will add sequentially problem
3. Grant 1% of the bonus point for the first solved team(except for exercises)
4. With a short period of time to continuously be incorrect, then a certain period of time locked to the team of the answer. If continuing further incorrect answering in the lock status, we'll extend the lock time.

Prohibited matter

During the competition, we'll prohibit the following acts.

1. Sabotage to the other teams
2. Peep the answer and method of the other team
3. Teach the problem, hints and answers to outside your team
4. Get tips and answers from other than your own team members(except for official hints)
5. Attacks on other servers and networks(except for those that are allowed by the challenges)
6. Any acts to inhibit the operation

If fraud is found, we'll impose to the team deduction or disqualification as a penalty by our discretion. Even if we discovered after qualifying finished, we'll address in the same way.

The berth to the national convention are not transferable.

ルール

1. 得点はチーム毎に集計します。
2. 問題の回答状況に応じて、順次問題が追加されます。
3. 最初に解いたチームに1%のボーナスポイントが付与されます（練習問題を除く）
4. 短時間に連続して不正解すると、チーム全体の回答に一定時間ロックがかかります。ロック中にさらに不正解を続けると、ロック時間が延長されます。

禁止事項

CTF競技時間中、以下の行為は禁止とします。

1. 他チームへの妨害行為
2. 他チームの回答などをのぞき見する行為
3. 自チームのチーム登録者以外に問題・ヒント・解答を教えること
4. 自チームのチーム登録者以外からヒント・解答を得ること（ただし運営者が全員に与えるものを除く）
5. 設問によって攻撃が許可されているサーバ、ネットワーク以外への攻撃
6. その他、運営を阻害する行為

不正行為が発見された場合、運営側の裁量によって減点・失格などのペナルティがチームに対して課せられます。予選終了後に発覚した場合も、同様とします。

全国大会への出場権は譲渡できません。
