But there isn't fewer people like him and we do have wars. There is evil out there. People do fight. Once you get out of your imaginary safe peaceful make love not war bullshit land and realize this world is full of violence and evil and those soldiers are protecting your ass from it.

Believe me I hate my government but I support our troops 110%, just because you don't agree with what is happening doesn't mean it isn't happening. Who is going to protect us if they don't, you? What's going to happen when some evil mother fuckers want to invade us and take all our shit, we just going to ask them nicely not too? I'm not saying I agree with war, I HATE WAR! I hate that children have to endure this hell, I hate seeing soldiers never return home, I hate the fear of a nuclear war, I hate the whole aspect of war. But fuck, that doesn't change the world I live in, where that shit does and will happen. I see no sign of war stopping and I am so thankful that someone is brave enough to go fight and endure this hell, because I sure as hell ain't brave enough. That is terrifying to even think about. So I think we should "glamourize" the person that risk his life for this country, because rather the reasons are wrong or right, there is going to be a fight.
