I had to look up exodus 21:20-21 because I don't put too much energy into religion.

Conclusion- The bible is more fucked up than I assumed it was, and it concerns me that people pick and choose which parts they choose to live by.

I am not religious, in the biblical sense. So saying I get to condemn something isn't exactly true, because i'm not upholding any other contemporary belief of the bible in the first place.

I tend to agree with more of the Buddhist belief. We are part of the earth, and we should try our best to not fuck it up for our children and everyone else.

Thats fair and I wish you luck with that! One thing I feel obligated to mention is that when taken out of context almost everything can be seen with negative connotations. The bible is an easy target for that.
