Side effects may include: joy, relaxation, smiles and possibly sneezing and rashes. But for those without allergies, kitten therapy looks like the ultimate stress-buster.
Or, as one of the "patients" says in the clip above, "You can't be stressed after sitting in a box full of kittens."
"Kitten Therapy" was created by Soul Pancake (the agency co-founded by actor Rainn Wilson) and Purina Tidy Cats. VideoInk says the kitten box was set up near a Los Angeles courthouse, and the animals were from a local shelter and accompanied by a trainer.
