I can’t believe I never noticed how Beauty and The Beast supports harassing women. Belle didn’t start a conversation with any of them, yet all of them felt they had the right to catcall and berate her for simply walking down the street in the morning. It really shows how misogyny is considered normal and children are brainwashed from childhood to believe that. No wonder people claim that rape culture doesn’t exist.
