I don’t even watch Girls, and I’m not even particularly fond of Lena Dunham’s “quirky” brand of navel-gazing, but this is just fucking ludicrous.  YOU ARE NOT HELPING ANYONE BY REPEATING THE LIE THAT LENA DUNHAM MOLESTED HER SISTER.   YOU ARE ACTIVELY DISCOURAGING OTHER FEMINIST CREATIVE WOMEN LIKE ME FROM ENTERING POPULAR ENTERTAINMENT.  Lena’s not a perfect SJ saint who accurately portrays the lives of every Millenial women ever, but she shouldn’t fucking have to be.  You don’t have to like her, but when you perpetuate false accusations put out by hard-line antifeminists for the express purpose of tearing her down, you are no better than those anti-feminists.
