Open link in background tab opens in new window, if session window closed.

Open link in background tab opens in new window, if session window closed.Try this 0. Have a saved session. 1. Start Opera. 2. Go to random page. 3. Open previously saved session ( I tried with my two, both have 10+ tabs). Open new window does NOT trigger bug! 4. Close window with the session ( the one you just loaded ). It returns back to random page form 2. 5. Right-click any link on that random page -> Open in Background Tab Linked page should open in background tab like it usually does. But new Opera window is opened and link is opened in that window. Window is active. So it behaves like Open in New Window. I would like to know if it happens to others before I send bug report.
