try using microsoft applocale to launch the installer instead of lauching it directly from the disc and see if it helps, normally if you have changed your system locale this should not happen… BTW, did you restart your system?
Facepalm at myself. I went and download a Nodvd and now I can play it. Now Idk why i bought the game other than for the Weiss Schwarz cards. Ty anyway Jesse629. Now I shall find some translator program for it.
