Okay, so:

"The officer, Darren Wilson, has told the authorities that during the scuffle, Mr. Brown reached for the gun. It was fired twice in the car, according to forensics tests performed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The first bullet struck Mr. Brown in the arm; the second bullet missed.

The forensics tests showed Mr. Brown’s blood on the gun, as well as on the interior door panel and on Officer Wilson’s uniform. Officer Wilson told the authorities that Mr. Brown had punched and scratched him repeatedly, leaving swelling on his face and cuts on his neck." (Source)

If we believe those who say Officer Wilson was guilty of murder (and not self-defense), how do we explain a gun firing twice inside the Officer's car, and Darren's blood on the interior door panel of the car (both according to FBI forensic tests)? That's a hard obstacle to overcome, it clearly points to a struggle over Officer Wilson's gun, and places Darren reaching inside the car (also corroborates the Officer's testimony).

The reprobate's lawyer was on CNN this morning. The desparate lawyer says poor lil' Mike was in the street bopping along when suddenly the racist cop nearly ran him down. Then the police officer reached out of the SUV and grabbed the gentle giant and tried to pull the innocent pedestrian into the vehicle through the window while shooting him. Mike broke free and ran but the cop then shot him in the back but somehow, the tests aren't in yet to show exactly how, the bullets all struck him in the front because he had his hands up to surrender. It could have happened.

    Just out of curiosity ... where was this evidence the day after the shooting? Surely an investigation had already revealed these facts after 24 hours, no? Why wait a couple months?
