the phrase “we’re all just human” annoys me tbh. i mean. yeah, it’s true. we all are human. but that doesn’t make us all equal. i had to unfollow a bunch of people bc they kept saying this. the only people who get treated as actual human beings are cis straight white people. and even then it’s always men who receive more humanity than women. don’t even argue this. any person who isn’t a white cishet will confirm this.

yeah we’re all human, but hardly anybody outside white cishets receive human treatment.
