RyonaRPG, which was mentioned earlier, has a wide variety of cursed equipment you cannot easily remove (including slave collars which technically do not count as cursed but rather as "working as intended").

Corruption paths for human also available.
Human paths are the longest and the TG to female is damned hot with nice pictures that change with your outfit and corruption level. You can find a way to adjust your corruption level if you want to explore.
Vampire is short and gives you a chance to make your own vamp spawn.
Demon is limited to just one scene but is hot. Dunno when more will be made.

Most of my campaign-length experience is with D&D (3/3.5) and Pathfinder. I've played short runs of other versions of D&D and Shadowrun. I've experienced some other systems (Call of Cthulhu, Apocalypse World, 13th Age) as one-shots, but don't "know" them.

1) Decide what the game's focus is going to be.
2) Decide what sort of characters people intend to run (since some systems run certain types better than others)

4) Pick the system that best mixes "Will want to play" and "What they want to play".

Alternate worlds:
