If you buy a phone that has a function that automatically uploads to the internet (any part), yeah it's willing. Of you but something to be trendy and don't know what it does, that doesn't mean you're unwilling. Unwitting maybe. Not reading the fine print/not knowing details is stupid and the fault of the user.

Disable things. Read stuff.

That is false. Unless you release an image or any other content under some permissive license or explicitly put it in the public domain, you still have your copyright and any other rights to the image.

Why don't people educate themselves before they make assertions like yours? You have the internet at your disposal to do research, so you don't really have an excuse.
