At night enjoy from balcony or all rooms breath taking view of lit-up Rainbow bridge, Tokyo Tower and Odaiba across the bay. Sitting at lanai style balcony overlooking bay sip your favorite drink to relax, while colorful tourist boats pass by the Tokyo bay.

Each room has access to balcony and Bay view.
An excellent sound proof architecture gives total tranquility, though busy roads and Yurikamone line is nearby.

Just walk down to access multiple transportation available
Bus stop - just in front of the the apartment and behind to Hamamatsucho, Shinagawa,Tokyo Tower, Odaiba.
Hinode train Station - behind the apartment 50 meters, will take you to Shimbashi (JR) or Odaiba.
Jr Station - Hamamatsucho us only 10 min walk or one bus stop away, where the Trains from Haneda Airport terminates, and junction of JR and two subway line (Oedo and Asakusa).

Sight seeing Buses starts from Hamamatsucho to all major Tokyo destinations and also to Mt. Fuji, Hakone.

Hinode Pier is behind the apartment where numerous ferry starts for sight seeing tours to Asakusa, Odaiba, Yokohama.

Takeshiba Pier - 200 meter down, where overnight boats for near by Islands starts. Also several sight seeing cruises starts.

Entire private apartment with private entry includes all facilities - Fully equipped kitchen, Bathroom, separate Shower area, bath tub, Separate toilet,

The guests are expected live of there own. Although our apartments are next door, we prefer to be contacted only for emergency cases.

Minato Ku( district) is the most happening part of the Tokyo where more than 70 embassies and most of the Foreigners like to live. The classy shopping center of Ginza is only 5 min by Taxi or 15 min by train. Nearest train station (Hinode) is within 50 meter. The most striking aspect remains the view of Tokyo bay and lively Harbor just below the apartment where all sight seeing tours starts.

Nearest station of Yurikamone line is 3 min (50 meters) walk from the apartment, Bus stop are just at the front of the entrance.
Hamamatsucho is the Airport transit station, 10 min walk, from where 24 hours Haneda Airport is 20 minute by monorail.
Bullet train can be accessed from Tokyo Station or Shinagawa station within 15-20 min.
You can reach transport any place in Japan or world within 30 min from the apartment.

Important : Apologies, that we cannot host groups with children more than walking age(~1) and less than 14, due to prior issues regarding kids running noise. We have tried several ways, and concluded to avoid such situation, for best mutual convenience.

2 bed room, One Living Room, a Kitchen and Bathroom. Toilet is separate.

Master bed room has one King size bed, which can be separated to two single bed. 2nd bed room has one Semi Double bed (both are real bed).

Besides we have Two Futon bed - one semidouble and one single, if you need to have extra sleeping arrangements.

Total area excluding the Balcony, is 66 sq Mtr.
The Balcony is 30 ft long and 6 ft wide, runs along the south east facing unrestricted view of Tokyo Bay from eight floor. The Hinode pier is just below the apartment where many Sight Seeing boats starts.
You can chose all modes of transport - road, train, subways, air, water to reach any part of Tokyo, Japan and even international destinations as Haneda airport is only 30 min away. You can also chose to have your private transport, public parking available across the street.

There is a Starbucks, MacDonald, 24 Hours Convenience store, Restaurant complex within 3 minutes walk.

Bus stop is across the streets, to Central Tokyo (Tokyo Tower) and Odaiba area.
