Anonymous said: You didn't even address that ask! The point is, MRAs haven't caused institutional harm, unlike feminism. How can you claim that we are worse? Perhaps some of your followers can attempt to address my point

I acknowledge that radical feminism has hurt trans women, but that is not a reflection upon feminism in general.

Actually yes MRAs have caused institutional harm by thinking they are oppressed for being men. MRAs have caused institutional harm by harassing and stalking a young woman who they believe falsely accused someone of rape (and didn’t apologize when they realized she wasn’t who they thought), and treating other female rape victims when given the chance. MRAs have caused institutional harm by minimizing women’s issues and invading women’s spaces. MRAs have caused institutional harm by looking at the experiences of privileged women and using that as “evidence” against feminism, while ignoring the struggles of poor women, trans women, fat women, Women of Color, and disabled women, which all go back to misogyny. White MRAs have caused institutional harm by taking the issue of false rape accusations, something that Black men are largely victims of, and claimed it as a reason that all men are oppressed. MRAs have caused institutional harm by only giving attention to male rape and abuse victims when they become convenient to an argument. MRAs have caused institutional harm by spreading ideologies that drove a young man to go on a killing spree recently.
