The two statistics OP used aren’t comparable. The first is an incidence figure, the second is a lifetime figure. Trans people are “only” murder at roughly 10 times the rate of cisgendered individuals.
Additionally, in order for the average life expectancy of Trans people to be 23-30 years old, with 1 in 12 being victims of murder. The trans people who are murdered must be murdered by the time they are 5 years old.
Unless of course the life expectancy also has to do with the high suicide rates, necessity of extensive surgical operations and inaccurate measurment of trans individuals in modern society (seen as there is great difficulty getting Trans status recognised) which could lead to Trans individuals living out their lives to the age of 90 not being counted, as they may never have been able to physically/legally transition.
I cannot find any form of evidence for you final claim either, so I’ll just have to assume that it’s also misleading/inflated. I mean, Asia and Africa consist of 75% of the world’s population between them, so if the figure you’ve given is worldwide, then it actually indicates that LGBT violence is not affected at all by race.
In future, please do not try and make these kinds of figures “more” horrifying. The fact that Trans people are murdered at 10 times the rate of cisgendered individuals is already horrifying, without you trying to pretend it’s actually over 1000 times as likely.
