Also, Hoxhud is free. Using it doesn't contribute money, or ad-revenue, or anything whatsoever to Olipro or anyone else. Nobody benefits or is hurt by you using HoxHud or not. It's not tracked or monetized. You guys aren't hurting anyone but yourselves by not using it. And now everyone else has to deal with even more players who don't have pager count/guard count/etc info readily available at all times. And, for what, just to stroke your own petty sense of righteous indignation? Ooh. You sure showed, uh... yourselves.

Oh yeah, b/c Hoxhud was the ONLY way to get those things right? No one would EVER make another mod after Hoxhud. It's like highlander, there can only be one.

No, as I stated in the first place, that is the only thing being accomplished by anyone uninstalling HoxHud over this. Which would include everyone doing it. Which would preclude my being the only one trying to serve my own supposed sense of righteous indignation. I'm pointing out, because nobody else has yet, that 'boycotting' HoxHud (and I'll repeat myself here as it seems to have not gotten through the first time) affects absolutely nothing and nobody but the person not using HoxHud.

If that counts as stroking my sense of righteous indignation, so be it, but that would be an effect and byproduct rather than the intention. My intention and the purpose was making a valid point that this is pretty much all just a laughable bunch of overblown drama horseshit and that not using HoxHud isn't hurting anyone or making any difference to anyone other than giving whoever does it some petty sense of smug satisfaction.

Oh, damn. I just now realized you've had absolutely no interest in the actual point of any of this in the first place. I've been defending my point against someone who hasn't acknowledged or shown any interest in debating the point whatsoever. Why you are so boundlessly interested in engaging in arguments over the semantic points of conversation and what kind of person some stranger who made a comment you didn't like online may or may not be, I can only assume. My first guess would be an unfulfilling and frustrating day-to-day life and misguided ideas about how to go about resolving the feelings it leaves you with in your free time. But, as I have now demonstrated, that is all beside the point.

Again, my mistake for thinking there would be any value in validating any of it with any kind of response in the first place. I just thought the objective point I had made in the first place was worth making again, seeing as though you seemed to have missed it the first time. A futile endeavor, it seems. Willful ignorance will ever be the proverbial rock to the scissors of logic and reason.
