Men do the majority of the work, so? Nobody's preventing women from stepping into the ring for these positions, in fact there is lots of systemic discrimination in favor of women who want that. There are also sexist biases that make it harder of course. But it's not one-sided like racism.

There just aren't that many women who really want to run a company, they have better options than working 70 hours per week for 40 years for a 5% chance at succeeding.

Women's worth isn't defined by their career as much as men's worth, so maybe if you want women to sacrifice their lives on the altar of capitalism the way many men do, you should find a way to connect a woman's value to her career success the same way it's connected to a man's value in our culture.

By many measures women have more enjoyable lives in the US.
