An account that is banned (or never existed) will say page not found (e.g. /u/DualPollux :p). Since we know that the dualpollux account DID exist, wek know that the account is shadowbanned because comments made by the bitch still have the cunt's name signed to them. If the name shows up as (deleted) then the user has deleted their own account. DP/TIOL/Latrine is shadowbanned. Its new account is not, it just never did anything with it yet.
